How to actually choose (a 5-point checklist)
- Test with your own consults, not the demo. Every vendor's accuracy claim comes from their conditions. Record five real appointments — including your fast talker and your noisy exam room — during the trial and count the edits per note.
- Follow the note's full journey. A perfect draft that needs manual copy-paste into your PIMS costs you a minute per patient forever. Check the actual transfer path for your PIMS, not the integration logo wall.
